This is a blog for anyone who has been through the Black Belt programme, anyone who's about to take part in it, and anyone else who just wants to join in the debate!
We'll both be posting our thoughts on various things that catch our attention from day-to-day, and we'd really welcome your comments. Over 100 people have taken part in Black Belt so far, so this is a great opportunity to share tips & ideas, or just keep everyone up to date with what you've been up to.
Melcrum have very kindly set this blog up for us and they are making sure all the technology works in the background, but they are not involved in writing, editing or otherwise 'vetting' the content in any way. It's entirely ours to do with as we will ...so let the posting begin!

Added 03/11/06: As additional clarification of the above, we work closely with Melcrum in several areas - designing and planning Black Belt is just one - but we don't work for them. That means we maintain an independent editorial line. Contributions from the Melcrum team always appear as comments and are clearly labelled.
